Leads360's LeadManager system. Built
on the reliable Microsoft .NET platform, the LeadManager offers the
most customizable workflow and pipleline management. Their solution incorporates
a highly intuitive user interface that is surprisingly easy to use given
the extensive customization capabilities and deep functionality. We were especially impressed
with the custom reporting module, which effectively allows uses to run virtually any
report you can imagine. The lead distribution and filtering engine was the most
powerful in the group and sets Leads360 apart from its competition. In terms of service and
support, Leads360 is the big dog. Every client recieves FREE phone, email and live chat support
for the life of their contract. This is very important when choosing a lead management
provider because software is only as good as the people that use it. That means without
proper training and ongoing support any lead management implementation will be lacking. Leads360
provides a very hands on customer service from start to finish. Security and reliability are
also priority 1 with Leads360. Client data is hosted in downtown Los Angeles at the ironsafe
Level3 datacenter and is stored in a dedicated SQL database. Data is backed up
every 15 minutes onsite and 24 hours offsite, and can be exported at any time from
the LeadManager itself. Overall, we really like this product. The only drawback compared to
the other systems was the price, but like anything, you get what you pay for.

If a company is known for one thing, LeadROI's canned reports have made itself known
in a burgeoning, yet highly competitive lead management market. Its reports come
in all sizes and shapes, giving your company a comprehensive outlook on your leads. However, the
structure of the canned reports does not make it conducive to customize and filter other desired reports of interest.
Nevertheless, whether generated externally or internally, the leads are processed through a custom workflow
management system that delivers the leads to the right people - although some of their features seam to be a bit buggy.
LeadROI's lead management solution also comes with pre-drafted scripts for your salespeople to make your calls more clear,
precise, and easy to accomplish. One problem that you should watch out for is their billing
system, that charges you, the buyer, an annual fee that you must pay at the beginning of the contract
or a monthly fee with high interest. In addition, they only supply a limited number of support phone calls as well
as training sessions. If you wish to learn more about their system, additional fees are charged to your bill. All in all,
LeadROI has many positive features, but if you are not willing to make such a time commitment, you might want to think

understanding of how to use the system. While trying to market their software to
those with a diverse marketing need, Kaleidico has missed out on some very important features
and user-friendliness in the lead management portion of their software.
